He has a M.Sc Degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Sciences from Middle East Technical University, Ankara-Türkiye. He has worked in several infrastructure projects related to energy, metallurgy, port and railway investments. He founded TTE Technology Energy Construction Engineering Contracting and Trading Co. in 2005 and since then has provided engineering, project development, contracting, EPC and O&M services in the renewable energy market in Türkiye and MENA region.
By combining technical expertise with analytical assessment skills, He adds value to project evaluation by screening into the details of the project. He has been involved in development and assessment of over 5,000 MW of thermal, solar, wind and hydro projects; railway and mining projects in Africa, iron and steel investments in the MENA region, total investment values exceeding US$ 5 Billion. Having more then 25 years of international experience in the market, Mr.Kalfaoglu has initiated interest of local and international investors to evaluate and contribute to being part in several infrastructure projects.
Mr.Kalfaoğlu plays an important role in CFA team by knowing the importance of Due Diligence of infrastructure projects from legal, technical and financial points of view, and thus being able to integrate modern financing techniques which allow projects to reach financial closure and commence operation.
